  I had a horrible time using this law office for a simple real estate transaction. The law office was quick to respond to my email request for services. Then a month went by and I didn't hear anything. I contacted the office by phone and determined that the office staff was trying to send me requests for information on an old email address I hadn't used for years. I asked why they didn't use the email address I started the communication chain on and they didn't have a reason. Then I asked why they didn't call me when I didn't get back to them on email. The office person laughed at me. **I was not thrilled**. The closing was delayed by about 1.5-2 months. This cost the buyer 2 mortgage extensions ($1,600) and me the seller, extra carrying costs of two months ($3,800). I emailed the lawyer on 4 occasions (with very simple questions) during the closing period and he did not respond (ghosted).
  
  If poor to no communication is something you want from your lawyer and you like to spend thousands of extra dollars then you have come to the right place.
